SMCO Offers Seminar on IRC Residential & Light Commercial Inspections

The Southwest Missouri Code Officials chapter of the ICC is sponsoring an educational seminar "IRC Residential and Light Commercial Inspections" on September 24 at OTC's Lincoln Hall, Room 211, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The class will be taught by Russell Thornburg, a building inspector for the City of Owatonna, MN with 30 years of construction and inspection experience. He teaches both building inspection technology classes at community colleges and continuing ed seminars for the Minnesota Residential Contractors. Lunch is included in the class fee. Non-Members: $100.00 - this includes membership dues so for future programs, including 2010, you will be eligible for the member pricing.
